OUR PROCESS
We start by hand washing and paint decontamination with clay bar treatment. This removes surface contaminants from the paint such as environmental fallout, tar, insects, and other embedded road grime.
We inspect the condition of the paint with our sun-mimicking lights to figure out which steps are necessary, whether is wetsanding, compound or polish
Once the paint correction is completed, we use a paint safe solvent to remove any polishing oils or waxes from the paint ensuring the surface is ready for the ceramic coating application.
The ceramic coating is meticulously applied by hand ensuring complete coverage.
The coating is allowed to cure overnight in our facility to ensure proper dry time is achieved without being exposed to the elements prematurely.
